Ingredients
Serves: 1- 4 slices bacon
- 1 egg
- 2 slices sandwich bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Fry bacon in a small skillet until crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
2. Fry egg in bacon grease, flipping once, until white is set and yolk is still runny (over-easy).
3. Lightly toast bread and spread with mayonnaise. Sandwich the bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato between the slices of toast.
