Beef and watercress salad recipe details
Ingredients
175 g | sirloin steaks |
4 | tomatoes, sliced |
1 small | red onion, sliced |
230 g | cucumber, peeled, sliced |
90 g | watercress |
30 ml | chili dipping sauce |
juice of 1 lime | |
15 ml | Thai fish sauce |
Instructions
Cook steaks under a hot grill for 6-8 minutes, turning once until medium rare. Set aside to cool slightly.Combine the tomatoes, onions and cucumber with the watercress in a bowl. Toss well add chilli sauce, lime juice and fish sauce. Mix well.
Slice the steak and toss together with salad and dressing.
