Beef and tofu recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | tofu, cut into pieces |
100 g | minced beef |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 | green onions, chopped, for garnish |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
6 tbsp | water |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry onion until softened. Add beef and stir fry. Add 3 tablespoons of water and half of the soy sauce.Bring to a boil and add tofu, the remaining soy sauce and another 3 tablespoons of water. Cook until tofu is heated through.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onion.
