Beef and cheese dip recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
2 | green onions, chopped |
2 | green bell peppers, seeded, chopped |
2 | red bell peppers, seeded, chopped |
230 g | tomato sauce |
1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
300 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
½ tsp | paprika powder |
1 tsp | cayenne pepper |
Instructions
Brown beef in a skillet and drain well.In slow cooker, combine beef, onion, pepper and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
Remove from heat and add cheese, cayenne and paprika. Stir.
In batches, process mixture in a blender until smooth. Serve with bread, tapas, raw vegetables.
