Beef and broccoli stir fry recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | Flank steak, sliced |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tbsp | oyster sauce |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
1 tsp | sugar |
4 stalk(s) | broccoli, chopped |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | water |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
For the marinade combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and sugar. Stir well and marinate steak for 30 minutes.Heat olive oil in a wok and stir-fry broccoli over low heat, 2-4 minutes. Add water and cook, covered, until tender, 1-2 minutes. Remove broccoli from wok.
Add anopther tablespoon of olive oil and stir in garlic. Add marinated steak and stir-fry, turning constantly, until lightly browned, 2-4 minutes.
Return broccoli to wok and heat through.
