Ingredients
800 g | Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce |
2 large | egg(s) |
1 large | loaf of bread, or two slices of toast per person |
some | butter |
some | pepper |
Instructions
Empty the Baked Beans into a small saucepan.In a frying pan poach the eggs. Toast the bread (2 slices per person)
As the toast is done, apply lots of butter to taste. Pour half the beans on each plate, spreading them over the 2 slices of toast.
Place the cooked eggs on top of the beans and sprinkle a little pepper.
