Ingredients

baked beans |

sweet corn |

vegetable oil |

Tobasco sauce, to taste, optional |

vegetable stock |
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté onion in oil until soft. Add undrained beans and corn. Add some vegetable stock to cover beans and corn and then bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Stir in Tobasco or any other choice of pepper sauce to boost flavours a bit.
