BBQ Halloumi Skewers with Speck recipe

|180 g||Halloumi cheese|
|some||black pepper, freshly grounded|
|12 small||slices speck|
|4||spring onions, 4 cm pieces|
|4||bamboo skewers, soaked|
Cut cheese into 12 pieces (4 x 2 x 2 cm), sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.
Wrap cheese pieces with the slices of speck. Thread wraps, tomatoes and onions onto bamboo skewers and cook on the bbq until the speck becomes crispy.
