Bavarian platter recipe details
Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | radishes |
1 large | pork sausage, thinly sliced |
1 glass(es) | gherkins, drained and sliced |
2 | white onions, finely sliced |
100 ml | vinaigrette with neutral oil, white wine vinegar and chopped chives |
1 large | ripe camembert, chopped and at room temperature |
50 g | soft butter |
4 tbsp | cream cheese, with chili |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
caraway | |
4 | pretzels |
4 slice(s) | brown bread |
3 | spring onions, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | beer |
paprika powder |
Instructions
In a salad bowl, mix together the pork sausage, gherkins, vinaigrette and onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.In a separate bowl, mash the Camembert with the cream cheese, butter, half of the spring onions and the beer until creamy and well combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and caraway.
Arrange the sausage salad, the cheese cream, the radishes, the pretzels and the bread on a large wooden board. Garnish with the remaining spring onions.
