Basil sour cream dressing recipe details
Ingredients
60 ml | white wine vinegar |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
180 ml | olive oil |
40 ml | sour cream |
2 tsp | fresh basil, chopped |
1 tbsp | fresh chives, chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine vinegar, garlic and mustard in a bowl and whisk until smooth. While whisking, add olive oil and keep whisking.Add the sour cream, basil and chives and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate.
