Ingredients

2 medium | eggs |
½ tsp | mustard |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | salt |
230 ml | olive oil |
3 tbsp | fresh basil, chopped |
Instructions
Combine garlic, eggs, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender and proces until smooth. Add oil, blending until thick. Stir in basil and process again for about 15 seconds.Serve sauce with chicken.
