Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | fresh basil |
1 handful | pine nuts |
6 clove(s) | garlic |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
200 ml | olive oil |
Instructions
Add fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan and olive oil into a blender and blend well together.Pour into a glass and cover with some olive oil.
Can be kept in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Add some flavor: add dried tomatoes, or olives.
