|1 bunch(es)||fresh basil|
|1 handful||pine nuts|
|50 g||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|200 ml||olive oil|
Add fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan and olive oil into a blender and blend well together.
Pour into a glass and cover with some olive oil.
Can be kept in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Add some flavor: add dried tomatoes, or olives.
