Basil cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients
100 ml | chicken broth |
240 ml | double cream |
20 g | fresh basil leaves, chopped |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a skillet, heat chicken broth over medium heat. Stir cream and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring frequently.Reduce heat to medium, add sliced basil, grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chicken.
