Basic yellow cake recipe details
Ingredients
180 g | butter |
280 g | granulated sugar |
3 medium | eggs |
180 ml | milk |
1 tsp | almond extract |
230 g | flour, all-purpose |
2 ½ tsp | baking powder |
¾ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a springform.Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix using an electric mixer. Mix on low speed until thoroughly combined. Incease speed to medium and beat for four minutes.
Pour into springform, smoothen top and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove cake from pan and continue cooling on rack.
