Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 2 mins1. Place butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet and set over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs with water, salt, and pepper. When the butter melts, pour the eggs into the skillet.
