Barbecued vegetables with tahini sauce recipe details
Ingredients
vegetables, mixed, e.g. tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, aubergine, fennel, leek onions | |

For the sauce: | |
2 tbsp | Tahini (sesame paste) |
200 ml | yoghurt |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |

Instructions
Cut the vegetables in slices. Brush the slices with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill from both sides until slightly brown.For the sauce:
Mix the sesame paste with yoghurt, lemon juice and garlic. Season to taste with salt.
Serve the grilled vegetables with the sauce.
