Barbecued fruit recipe details
Ingredients
4 | bananas, peeled, cut |
4 | apricots, pitted, cut |
200 ml | lemon juice |
50 ml | honey |
10 ml | rum |
100 g | brown sugar |
100 g | cinnamon |
Instructions
Mix some lemon juice with honey, adding a dash of rum and stir well.Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
Dip the fruit in the lemon and honey mixture and then roll them in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place the fruit on the grill over some foil and cook until sugar crystallises.
Serving suggestion:Serve with vanilla ice cream.
