Barbecued chicken wings recipe details
This is a very delicious chicken wing recipe that I made myself.
Ready in: 50 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each oregano, thyme, basil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
- 1 pound chicken wings
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven on broil setting.
2. Blend together the brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and all of the seasonings in a bowl.
3. Wash and tip the wings.
4. Place a sheet of aluminium foil over the broiling pan (shiny side down). Place the wings on the pan and broil in the oven for 10-15 mins. Turn the wings over and brush with sauce and continue to broil for 10-15 mins. Brush with sauce again for the last minutes of cooking.
5. Remove from oven once cooked and enjoy!
