Bananas in orange caramel sauce recipe details
Ingredients
2 | bananas, not too ripe! |
50 g | sugar |
20 g | butter |
1 | orange, the juice |
1 envelope(s) | vanilla sugar |
Instructions
Cut the bananas into thick slices. Melt the butter in a large pan and add the sugar. Mix well and add the bananas. Cook for a short while and turn over the slices carefully. Pour the orange juice into the pan and add the vanilla sugar. Boil until the sauce thickens, but take care not to burn it.Serve with ice-cream.
