Banana toffee with cream recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | sugar |
200 ml | whipping cream |
6 | ripe bananas |
nuts, chopped |
Instructions
Place sugar in a pan and cover with 90 ml water. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves and bring to a fast boil until the sugar caramelises, do not stir.Remove from heat and allow to cool down, then slowly add the cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Pour the sauce over the bananas and sprinkle over some chopped nuts.
