1 small | ripe banana, peeled and sliced |
3 tbsp | rolled oats |
some | milk |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon |
1 pinch(es) | cardamom |
1 pinch(es) | nutmeg |

Instructions
In a soup plate mash the banana with a fork. Add the rolled oats. Pour in the preferred amount of milk and stir. Cover and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.Season with the spices and serve.
