4 | ripe bananas, diced |
250 g | curd cheese |
250 g | single cream |
2 tbsp | sugar |
lemon juice | |
some | chocolate chips |
Instructions
In a blender, combine the bananas with a dash of lemon juice, the sugar and the curd cheese and process until frothy. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.Serve in dessert glasses, garnished with chocolate chips.
