Ingredients
4 medium | bananas, sliced |
120 ml | lemon juice |
150 ml | graham crackers crumbs |
50 g | sugar |
115 g | butter, melted |
240 ml | soy sauce |
1 pack(s) | instant vanilla pudding |
300 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Toss bananas with lemon juice and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a greased springform pan.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream and pudding mix. Fold in banana, toss well.
Pour into prepared crust. Chill for up to 6 hours.
