|4 medium||bananas, sliced|
|120 ml||lemon juice|
|150 ml||graham crackers crumbs|
|115 g||butter, melted|
|240 ml||soy sauce|
|1 pack(s)||instant vanilla pudding|
|300 ml||whipping cream|
Toss bananas with lemon juice and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a greased springform pan.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream and pudding mix. Fold in banana, toss well.
Pour into prepared crust. Chill for up to 6 hours.
