Banana copacabana recipe details
Ingredients
4 | bananas |
2 tbsp | butter |
4 tbsp | rum |
40 g | sugar |
some | vanilla ice cream |
100 g | chocolate |
⅛ l | cream |
Instructions
Peel and halve the bananas. In a pan, heat the butter and fry the bananas from both sides until golden. Drizzle with rum and sugar, cover and cook over low heat for some minutes.Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan and add the cream in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
Cool 4 plates for some minutes in the fridge.
Place a scoop of vanilla ice-cream onto each plate. Place two banana halves beneath each and coat the bananas with the hot chocolate sauce. Serve immediately!
