Banana chocolate muffins recipe details
Ingredients
2 | bananas, peeled, mashed |
80 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs |
6 tbsp | butter, melted |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
200 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking soda |
60 ml | buttermilk |
120 g | chocolate chips |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine mashed bananas, sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and buttermilk. Stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothlick inserted comes out clean.
