Ingredients

3  bananas, mashed
1 medium egg
1 ½ tsp baking powder
150 g flour
130 g chocolate chips
115 g butter, melted
¼ tsp salt
100 g sugar
60 ml milk

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

In another bowl, mix together melted butter, milk, egg and meshed bananas.

Combine both mixtures until thoroughly blended but do not overmix. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease 22 x 30 cm pan.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake it for 32-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
