Banana cake recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | flour |
200 g | sugar |
2 tsp | baking powder |
1 tbsp | vanilla sugar |
80 g | grated nuts or almonds |
1 dash(es) | salt |
4 | eggs |
2 | ripe bananas, mashed |
180 g | melted butter |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, grated nuts or almonds and salt.In a smaller bowl mix together eggs, bananas and butter.
Then fill the content of the smaller bowl into the large bowl and mix well. Fill the dough into the baking form and bake at 190°C for approximately 45 minutes.
