Banana buttermilk pancakes recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
2 tbsp | sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
240 ml | buttermilk |
1 medium | egg |
2 tbsp | butter, melted |
2 | bananas, mashed |
Instructions
Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl.In another bowl combine the buttermilk, egg, butter and the mashed bananas. Mix well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat.
Pour 80 ml of the mixture into the pan and heat until the surface starts to bubble and the bottom is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until the bottom is golden brown too.
