Banana and carrot drink recipe details
Ingredients
4 | bananas, sliced |
lemon juice | |
700 ml | carrot juice |
350 ml | apple juice |
honey | |
500 ml | kefir |
Instructions
Sprinkle the banana slices with lemon juice and purée the bananas.In a large punch bowl, mix together the banana purée, carrot juice, apple juice, honey and kefir. Stir well. Season to taste with lemon juice and honey.
Let chill for 1 hour before serving.
