Serves: 4
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ounce butter

Preparation method

Prep: 1 min | Cook: 15 mins

1. In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a simmer and reduce by 1/2. Do not reduce too much as it will thicken when it cools. One chunk at a time, swirl in the butter and combine until it’s completely melted.
