Balsamic garlic bread recipe details
Balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese make this crispy garlic bread stand out. A perfect addition to any Italian meal.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 10 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoon dried oregeno
- 1 loaf Italian bread or French baguette
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a saucepan, melt butter on medium-low heat. Add garlic and salt and let cook 3 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and oregano and cook another minute.
3. Cut bread almost all the way through, lengthwise. Spoon garlic mixture evenly over open bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the oven to broil and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the bread starts to get crispy on top.
5. Remove from oven and slice.
