Bali Chicken with a Spicy Honey Glaze recipe

|50 ml||light soy sauce|
|40 ml||dark soy sauce|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp||Tabasco sauce|
|25 g||ginger, grated|
|100 ml||tomatoes, puréed|
|1 tbsp||curry powder|
|3 tsp||balsamic vinegar|
|1 tbsp||paprika powder|
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauces, honey, garlic, Tabasco sauce, anise, cinnamon, ginger, puréed tomatoes, curry, vinegar and paprika powder. Stir until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Arrange the chicken legs in a casserole dish and pour over the sauce. Turn until well coated. Bake for 1 hour. Occasionally brush the chicken skin with the sauce.
Serve with rice.
