Ingredients
Serves: 2- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour 30 mins1. Place chicken into a greased pan.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour sauerkraut over the chicken.
4. Top with swiss cheese slices.
5. Pour dressing evenly over the cheese.
6. Cover and baked for 90 minutes at 325 or until juices run clear.
7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
