Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 (3/4-inch-thick) boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (6 ounce) box stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can turkey gravy
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Beat the egg and water together until smooth. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste, then toss with the flour. Dip into the egg mixture, then press into the crushed stuffing mix. Place the pork chops into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until the pork is no longer pink in the center and registers 145 degrees F on a meat thermometer, about 20 minutes. Heat the gravy to serve with the pork chops.
