Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pheasant, cleaned and cut into serving pieces
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- Canola oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation method
