Baked pineapple recipe

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices of white bread
A dessert for breakfast.
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and pineapple and mix well. Add bread pieces and mix. Place in 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until top is slightly brown.
