Ingredients
2 | ripe peaches |
100 g | Amarettini (small Amaretti bisquits) |
2 medium | eggs, yolks and whites separated |
some | vanilla ice cream |
Instructions
Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone.Grease an oven dish and put the halves with the open side to top. Crush the Amarettini and mix them with the egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites stiff and mix carefully with the egg yolk mixture.
Fill the peaches with this mixture and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve with some vanilla ice cream.
