Baked oatmeal details
- Ingredients
- 6 cups quick oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs, beaten
Measure dry ingredients into bowl. Mix well. Add oil, milk, and beaten eggs. Stir together making sure everything is well mixed. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Vegelenebaking spray and pour mixture in. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until set (middle may be slightly unset). Serve warm, placing bowls and milk next to pan. Explain to guests that there is sugar in it!
