Baked lemon potatoes recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | potatoes, peeled, quartered |
120 ml | olive oil |
juice of 1 lemon | |
2 tsp | dried oregano |
⅛ tsp | black pepper, ground |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
150 ml | water |
4 | stamens of saffron |
Instructions
Place quartered potato in a shallow roasting pan. Add the garlic and oregano and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Toss well. Dissolve the saffron in the hot water and carefully pour into the pan.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Bakeor about 60-75 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding more hot water if needed.
