Ingredients
4 kg | smoked ham, spiral sliced and fully cooked |
120 ml | honey |
400 ml | thawed orange juice concentrate |
170 ml | soy sauce |
150 ml | apricot jam |
½ tsp | nutmeg, ground |
¼ tsp | cloves, ground |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Stir together the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
Bake ham for 30 minutes and then pour glaze over ham and continue to bake. Continue baking for another 2 hours.
