Baked halibut recipe details
Ingredients
4 | Halibut fillets |
450 ml | tomato juice |
1 medium | onion, sliced |
4 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Grease an ovenproof dish and place the fish inside. Arrange the onion slices on top and sprinkle with half the parsley. Pour on the tomato juice and season well with salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve. Serve with roasted potatoes or potato mash.
