Baked fish with mustard recipe details
Ingredients1. 1 kg fish fillets
2. 1 cup lemon juice
3. 5 tsp prepared mustard
4. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
5. 5 tsp melted butter
6. 3 cups water
7. Salt to taste
8. Parsley (for garnishing)
Method of preparation
1. Cut the fish fillets into medium size pieces. Grease a baking dish. Now place the fish fillets in the baking dish. Mix water and lemon juice and pour this over the fish fillets. Marinate the fillets in a refrigerator for about 25 minutes.
2. Mix lemon juice, 5 tsp mustard, salt and paprika. Sprinkle the mustard mix generously on the fish.
3. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at about 350 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of fish fillets.
4. When prepared the fish flakes easily with a fork. Warm the remaining mustard mix and serve it with the fish. Garnish with parsley.
