Baked eggs with tomato sauce recipe details
Ingredients
60 ml | tomato sauce |
60 ml | sour cream |
3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
4 large | eggs |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Mix together the tomato juice, sour cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.Divide the mixture between 4 ramekin dishes and put them in a circle in the microwave oven and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
Break 1 egg into each ramekin dish and prick the yolk of the egg in 2 or 3 places with a toothpick to prevent it from bursting.
Place the ramekins back in the microwave in a circle, leaving the center of the oven empty and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
