Ingredients

2 kg carrots, peeled, chopped or sliced
60 g butter, melted
1 tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
60 ml cognac
150 g grapes, seedless

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Combine the melted butter, sugar and salt in a baking dish. Stir in the carrots and toss well. Pour the cognac over top.

Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes.

Remove from oven, stir in the grapes and serve.
