Baked cognac carrots with grapes recipe details
Ingredients
2 kg | carrots, peeled, chopped or sliced |
60 g | butter, melted |
1 tsp | granulated sugar |
½ tsp | salt |
60 ml | cognac |
150 g | grapes, seedless |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170°C.Combine the melted butter, sugar and salt in a baking dish. Stir in the carrots and toss well. Pour the cognac over top.
Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir in the grapes and serve.
