Baked chicken with marinara sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | chicken, cut into pieces |
500 ml | homemade marinara sauce |
120 g | flour |
13 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | dried dill |
2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and toss until coated with flour mixture.Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish and dot with butter.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Prepare marinana sauce.
Remove chicken from oven and pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with dill and cheese, and bake for further 25 minutes.
