Baked cauliflower recipe details
Ingredients
1 head(s) | cauliflower, cleaned and cut into small pieces |
120 ml | sour cream |
200 g | mozzarella cheese, grated |
1 small | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | thyme, dried |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine sour cream, 100g the cheese, onion, garlic and thyme in a baking dish. Add cauliflower and toss to coat.
Top with remaining cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake 20-30 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 10 minutes until nicely brown the top.
