Baked brussels sprouts recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | Brussels sprouts |
1 medium | egg |
50 g | cheese, ground |
100 g | flour |
250 ml | milk |
some | nutmeg, to taste |
some | salt, to taste |
some | lovage, to taste |
Instructions
Peel the brussels sprouts and steam for 10 minutes.Mix together flour, milk, cheese and the egg. Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and lovage.
Place the brussels sprouts in a casserole dish and cover with the flour and cheese mixture.
Place casserole dish in the oven and bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes.
