Ingredients
1 kg | beetroot |
butter or soured cream |
Instructions
Wash the beetroots but do not trim. Preheat oven to 180°C.Wrap beetroots in greased foil or place in a greased oven-proof dish. Cover tightly and bake for 2-3 hours.
Once the beetroots are cooked the skin can be cut off easily. Serve topped with the butter or soured cream and seasoned to taste.
