Ingredients

6  bananas, unpeeled
60 g brown sugar
120 ml rum
150 g coconut

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Place bananas in a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.

Remove skins and place on individual serving plates. Sprinkle with sugar, drizzle wiht rum, and carefully set aflame with a flame torch. To serve, sprinkle with toasted coconut.
