Baked banana with coconut and rum recipe details
Ingredients
6 | bananas, unpeeled |
60 g | brown sugar |
120 ml | rum |
150 g | coconut |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Place bananas in a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove skins and place on individual serving plates. Sprinkle with sugar, drizzle wiht rum, and carefully set aflame with a flame torch. To serve, sprinkle with toasted coconut.
