Baguette Rolls with Avocado Cream recipe

|5||baguette rolls, halved|
|3||ripe avocados, peeled and diced|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|250 g||cream cheese|
|2 tbsp||parsley, chopped and sprigs to garnish|
Mash the avocados with a fork and mix immediately with the lemon juice, oil and cream cheese until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread the halved baguette rolls with a little butter and generously with the avocado mixture and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Arrange on a serving platter, garnished with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
